This is a basic Cashew dip that you will enjoy as is or flavor to match the crackers, wraps or meals you are using it for.
1 1/2 cup cashews
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup filtered water as needed
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Options: Flavor this basic “cheese” dip with dill, garlic, chives, basil, flavored vinegars, mixed berries, and even edible flowers and herbs.
Blend cashews into a powder. Then add the lemon juice and nutritional yeast. Add the water little by little until you have the consistency of either a creamy cheese or lighter dip, depending on the use.
