ONE TO ONE CONSULTATIONS

Initial Consultation ($85) In our initial consultation, we will review your current diet and lifestyle; and I will share some knowledge and in-sight that may help you understand why you may be experiencing your symptoms and I will create a personalized action plan including a weeks worth of suggested meals. I am available to you by email or tel. if you have any questions about your consultation.

Follow-up Consultations ($65 each) A follow-up consultation (if requested) is usually scheduled 4 weeks after the initial consultation so that we may review your progress and make adjustments to your action and meal plan.

3-Month Package ($395 Paid up front) Includes: one Initial & two follow-up consultations as well as a fortnightly follow up call (6 calls). A third consultation is usually an opportunity for me to discuss in more detail how you may benefit from a “next step” action plan, deepening your understanding and commitment to staying on this healthier path. Change takes time. I am dedicated to educate, inspire and support you in your desire for a healthier lifestyle. This 3 month package allows you to benefit from a third consultation and gives us an opportunity to make some longer term changes that will turn into lifestyle habits.

*Report – a report which serves as a good reminder of what we discussed, where you are and what your intentions are on this healthier path.
*An Action Plan – a personalized plan for diet and lifestyle changes. *Weekly Meal Plan – customized for your special needs and level of commitment and diet choices.
