ABOUT PORTIA

I was born in California, spent some childhood years in Asia and Europe and now live between Australia and the USA. I graduated from U.C. Santa Barbara with a BA in business and linguistics. After working in the corporate world for several years, I found myself fatigued and aware I was not creating healthy habits. As I made positive changes in my lifestyle, I started to share what I was learning with friends and colleagues and decided to go back to school to get a BS in Holistic Nutrition. Over the last 25 years I have been interested in preventative health working as a nutritionist, plant-based chef and wellness speaker. Through my online consulting and lifestyle coaching, and Healthy food preparation classes, my hope is to inspire people to take an active role in their health and well-being.

I do my best to live a healthy lifestyle and am continually researching and learning so that I may support you in your individual challenges (and successes).
