One of the favorites for the whole family
4 grated carrots
2~3 grated apples
1″ bulb ginger grated or juiced
1 orange, juiced
½ cup sultanas, currants or raisins
Grate the carrots and apples then place in a bowl. Juice the orange, grate or press the ginger, and pour over the carrot & apple. Add the sultanas & walnuts, activated almonds, goji berries and pine nuts to garnish if desired and toss well. Great in the summer as it is refreshing and great in the winter as the ginger warms up the body.
